Eligibility Criteria

Candidates may apply for change of examination center only in exceptional circumstances. The application must be submitted within 07 days after issuance of Roll Number Slip. The notified committee may allow an extension of maximum two (02) additional days with proper justification.

• 1. Transfer of Candidate / Parent / Guardian
  If the candidate or his/her father or guardian has been transferred within six (06) months before commencement of examination. Transfer must be certified by the Head of the concerned office.
• 2. Change of Residence or Business Location
  If the candidate or guardian has shifted residence or business to another station. Certification from the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office along with documentary evidence such as utility bills, bank transactions or rental agreement issued within the last six months must be provided.
• 3. Serious Medical Condition
  If the candidate is unable to travel to the allotted examination center due to serious illness. Application must be supported by a certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner of a Government Hospital along with medical reports such as lab reports or X-rays. In case of false certificate, not only the student, but also the doctor concerned shall face legal proceedings including FIR accordingly
• 4. Tribal Enmity / Security Risk
  In case of severe security concerns or tribal enmity, the candidate may provide a copy of FIR in which the candidate, parents or real siblings are mentioned as complainants or implicated.
• 5. Court Orders
  Intra-city center change shall not be allowed unless justified through an order issued by a competent court.

No application other than the above mentioned eligibility criteria shall be entertained.

Instructions

• Applications should preferably be submitted online through this portal.
• If submitted manually, the application must be accompanied by two copies of the candidate’s photograph bearing signatures and duly attested on the back side .
• Application should be submitted through the person who signed the Examination Form. If not available, it must be forwarded through a Gazetted Officer.
• Upload all required documentary evidence while submitting the application.
• After approval of the request, the candidate must submit the prescribed center change fee notified by the Board. The fee shall be non-refundable.
• The group or shift of theory papers may also be changed upon receipt of justified application along with the prescribed fee.
• A notified committee of the Board reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning any reason.
