Candidate Instructions

Read these steps before starting the HSSC private candidate process.

  • Navigate to the Registration page and fill the form with complete particulars.
  • Verify name, father name, subjects, and all details before final submission.
  • After successful submission, note the system-generated unique application number and keep it for later use.
  • Open print forms/reports and print the required registration and examination forms.
  • Verify printed documents. For correction, contact the concerned examination branch. There is no fee for correction.
  • Submit the completed application at the board office with the paid fee challan. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

Required Documents

  1. One recent picture with white background for each form.
  2. BForm/CNIC copy.
  3. Father CNIC/Local/Domicile copy.
  4. Fee challan of registration for fresh candidates.
  5. Fee challan of examination.
  6. Registration form attested from gazetted officer.
  7. Examination form attested from gazetted officer.
Important: The fee challan and form submission should be on the same date.
