Read the following instructions before proceeding further.

Navigate to the REGISTRATION page.

Duly fill the form with all particulars.

Verify the particulars before submitting the form. Name, Father Name, Subjects etc

After successfully submission of the registration form, system will generate a unique number. Note it down and save it for later use.

Then click on get forms/reports link. Get print of forms.

Verify the particulars on printed documents. In case of any mistake contact the examination branch at your concerned branch for correction. Note: There is no fee for any correction.

Make two sets of the following documents and attach these separately, one with registration form (fresh candidates) and second with examination form.

1. ONE recene picture with white background for each form.
2. BForm/CNIC copy.
3. Father CNIC/Local/Domicile Copy
4. Fee Challan of Registration (for fresh candidates)
5. Fee Challan of Examination
6. Registration Form attested from gazzeted officer.
7. Exanimation Form attested from gazzeted officer.

Submit your completed application at board office along with paid fee challan.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

NOTE The fee challan and the submission of forms should be in the same date.
