New HSSC institutes must complete the steps below before an online panel account can be issued by BBISE Quetta.

Obtain affiliation letter
Get your affiliation letter from the concerned branch of BBISE Quetta.

Complete the registration form
Download the official institution registration form, fill it in with your institute details, and attach a copy of your affiliation letter.

Submit at your branch
Submit the completed application and required documents at your concerned branch of BBISE Quetta.
Online login credentials are provided only after your institute registration is
processed and approved by the board.
